1. USE OF THE SERVICE
The customer undertakes to use this service in compliance with the laws and regulations in force that are applicable to it, as well as the terms and conditions set out here.
Quadricula may, at any time, change, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions set out here.
The customer cannot alter the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or that could cause any other damages.
Online store customers are considered end consumers.
2. ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS
The products identified in the respective catalogs can be purchased at the online store.
The non-availability of a product in the online store does not mean that it is sold out, and may be available through another distribution channel of the company.
The prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which are added the respective shipping costs (costs which vary depending on the quantity purchased and the final destination).
The price of the products and the cost of postage are all properly broken down before the final validation phase of the purchase.
Any other costs resulting from the sending of orders abroad, namely customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.
Quadriula informs that the prices charged at https://quadricula.pt/loja/ are exclusive to the Quadricula Online Store.
The ordering of any product, chosen from those existing in the product catalog, is made by placing it in the shopping cart. (Costs vary depending on the quantity purchased and the final destination).
For some products, duly identified in the online store, the purchase may be limited to a certain number of copies.
The customer can cancel the order by sending it to the email: email@example.com, within 24 hours after Quadricula has received the order confirmation.
The cancellation request will only take effect when the order number and the customer’s name are indicated.
If the customer wishes to return the ordered items, Quadricula will refund the purchase money, but will not refund the postage already spent.
Quadricula will bear the costs of return postage, when the item is damaged or if an error has occurred in its shipment.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Products can be paid for using the different electronic payment methods available, the costs of which are supported by the customer and charged on the sales document.
6. DELIVERY Deadline
- Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and shipping time.
- In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after the date of payment.
- In the Autonomous Regions and depending on the Islands, the delivery time can vary between 3 to 8 working days.
The deliveries of orders may, in specific cases, suffer some delay in delivery due to stock rupture.
7. PRODUCT RETURNS
The delivery of products purchased in this service respects the legal rules applicable in Portugal to the exercise of distance commerce (Decree-Law No. 82/2008 of 20 May).
The Customer / user has the right to complain about any defect, incorrectness or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered, within the legal deadlines established for that purpose.
All sales are covered by Law 144/2015 of RAL (Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes).
8. ONLINE STORE REGISTRATION
The individual registration in the online store is carried out in «Quadricula/minha-conta».
This registration allows for an easier purchase process, with the recording of the customer’s identification data, allowing an immediate recognition of the customer, without the need to re-enter it.
The Customer can update his personal data online whenever he makes a purchase at the online store.
Access is restricted to each user and is guaranteed by the use of a login and password.
These data is sent to the customer’s e-mail to allow confidentiality, and the user is solely responsible for their subsequent use.
